Delivery Information
We deliver Australia wide at cost price to ensure you get your flooring much cheaper than you can locally.
Transit time is dependent on the distance from our warehouse located in Coolum Beach, QLD.
We require 1-2 business days to prepare your order prior to dispatch. This ensures your palletised items are perfectly packed, sealed, and protected for a safe journey.
Due to the weight of Wide/Ultrawide boxes (30.5 & 36.7kg), you will need a helper with you to assist moving the boxes of timber from the truck to your desired storage location (ie. Garage).

* 1 pallet = 60-100m2 approx (varies depending on timber spec).

* Pick up available from your local depot if preferred (pallets will be forklifted onto your trailer/truck).
Delivery Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will received an email / SMS notification with your tracking details.
If you experience any delays beyond your expected dispatch / delivery date, please contact us and we will liaise with our freight provider.
